Bergamo Youth Hostel is located in the leaving area called “Monterosso”, surrounded by plants and flowers, just a few minutes away from the city centre and only 8 km far from the international Orio al Serio airport. It has 27 rooms with private bathroom and almost all with balcony with view on the Città Alta (historical center). The wide equipped solarium on the highest floor, the large terrace with garden, the lack of architectural barriers and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere make of Bergamo Hostel a pleasant place for organized groups, students and families from all over the world. Several facilities: internet connection, bookcrossing, free luggage room, laundry, safety boxes, bikes, etc… Small pets are welcome.
Not far youcan enjoy excursions on the hills, take the tour of ancient palaces of Bergamo and visit the fauna park “Le Cornelle”, among the most beautiful and reach in Europe. The links between the city and the airport make the hostel easily reachable from everywhere: line 1 takes you from the airport to Porta Nuova, where you’ll catch bus number 6 to the hostel.
Line 3 connects directly to the Città Alta.
